commission our research to inform decisions
that impact their clients, organizations, and/or
the broader social service systems.

Immigrant Integration and Racial Identity 

Our research examines how Black immigrants in the United States form their racial identity, its impact on social integration, and what interventions facilitate social integration between Black immigrants, African Americans, and other racial groups.

We provide confidential individual, team, and group coaching. We support leaders at all levels from new supervisors to senior executives. Our coaches are certified by the International Coaching Federation.
