Sometimes, it is hard to know where you fit in. Your family wants you to be more African. Your friends want you to be more American. But does that mean Black-American, White-American, or something else? You just want to be yourself. With us, you can be.
Join our free coaching group for Black Immigrant Youth. We meet online in small groups to talk about race and racism in the United States. We have a professional facilitator to make sure it is a safe space where everyone is heard and respected.

HOW IT WORKS

Make sure you are eligible. You have to be between 15 and 25 years old and of African descent. If you are eligible, you can apply.

Get your parent's or guardian's permission to join us, if you are under 18 years old. This is required in the form below.

Participate in small group coaching sessions every other week starting in late September 2023. We will meet a total of 8 evenings.

Complete the form below by August 25, 2023. Include a 1 to 2 minute personal video on what you hope to get from this group coaching program.

Look for an email from Multicultural Coaching in early September 2023. We will send you details on how to join the online meetings.

Know that what you share in these groups will be confidential. Without naming you, we might share what we learned from the group.
